Fire Engineering is often required because of Architectural Constraints and our Fire Engineers can deliver a variety of designs, based on accepted Fire Engineering principles in a cost effective manner.
Effective fire protection should be based on a detailed fire safety design and strategy prior to the building becoming occupied. Once the building is occupied, there should be regular Fire Risk Assessments to ensure ongoing compliance. A well designed fire strategy and building design, will dovetail with your Fire Risk Assessment so the future management of Fire Safety should be seamless.
